Benefits of Vitamin K2:

Which form of Vitamin K2 do you want?:

You want Vitamin K2 as MK7, not MK4, aka Menatetrenone, as MK4 is synthetic and the body cannot utilize it.
These are the supplements that I, Leigh Anne DuChene, choose to use after many months of researching the topic and supplement ingredients and quality. All of the supplements listed below are professional grade supplements only available through a practitioner who uses and sells them. You can search our Holistic Business Directory for possibilities. Most, though not all, chiropractors carry many of these brands, if not all of them.

Vitamin D: (Only)

Vitamin D with K2 MK7:

Omega 3s, Vitamin D, K1, K2 MK7:

Calcium: (with Magnesium)

Vitamin K2 MK7 Only and Non-Professional Grade Options:

These last two are not professional grade supplements, and I have not heard of Solgar before. However, during my months long researching I did find these product and they look to be a good options for those who want a Vitamin K2 MK7 only supplement option.

Solgar’s Natural Vitamin K2 MK-7 100MCG
Dr. Mercola’s Vitamin K2
Dr. Mercola also has a Calcium with Vitamin D & Vitamin K2 Supplement
Dr. Mercola has a Vitamin D & K2 Supplement, as well.

I hope this helps those of you who have been looking for Vitamin K2 supplementation and not sure where to go for quality supplementation.
